A few weeks ago we couldn&amp;#39;t even do 1 minute without giving up. Women in our gym are coming up to us and telling us how proud they are of us. We rock&amp;#33; This challenge rocks&amp;#33;&amp;#33;&amp;#10;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;We did it again&amp;#33;&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We rocked the torture machine again today&amp;#33; On saturday the personal trainer at the gym challenged us to do 13 minutes on the elptical. We did over 15 minutes each&amp;#33; We are no longer afraid of you, torture machine&amp;#33;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Better&amp;#33;&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It seems like everytime we get on the elliptical it gets easier. We were on it for 20 minutes yesterday&amp;#33; The first few minutes are so hard, but then it really eases up. We also are learning that to burn a lot of calories, that machine is the way to go.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Awesome&amp;#33;&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ok. So again we were challenged by one of the trainers to increase our time on the torture machine.  We did a 10 minute warm up on manual &amp;#38; then 25 minutes on the fat burn setting.  WE DID IT&amp;#33; We were covered in sweat and out of breath but we rocked&amp;#33;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Not even an issue&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So nothing at the gym scares us now&amp;#33; We have mastered two things that scared us. The torture machine and kickboxing&amp;#33; We have started higher levels on the machines now. Then 1 intense hour of Zumba&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Fridays workout&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Work-out at home day.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thursdays workout&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cardio, Cardio, Cardio and then a TOPS meeting.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Wednesdays workout&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;On wednesday we do our hour long Zumba class.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tuesdays workout&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We do lighter things on tuesday. Maybe 30 on the treadmill and 30 on the eliptical. Still do abs&amp;#33;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mondays work out&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Monday we work at the gym for hours. Starting on the bike, moving to eliptical, doing some ab workouts then treadmill until Zumba starts. Zumba is an hour long class.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Sunday&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Work-out at home day. Lara has her biggest loser workout video &amp;#38; home gym equipment and Lisa has the gazelle and ab lounge, so no excuses&amp;#33;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;img
